The couple had advertised the position but were extremely worried about who they would hire to look after the child. They both had good careers and it was always planned that they would both keep working after the child was born.

The couple had a good response to their ad and from the agencies they used. In all there were ten suitable candidates to vet from the response and the couple wanted five to interview. After we had scrupulously researched the candidates we were able to give the couple the go ahead to hire any of the five we authorised.
