A client contacted us through Private Detectives Agency in Leicester as a landlord trying to locate debtors who owed seven months rent and damages after residing in one of his properties four months ago. The family had left the property unexpectedly and leaving great amounts of damage behind and causing several violations of the contract agreement. After a series of unsuccessful attempts himself to locate the debtors and regain the considerable sum of money they owed the client came to us with their last known details and an investigation followed.

With the information provided by the client our operatives were able to identify and locate the missing individuals with ease assisting in the pursuit of the substantial amount owed to the client. However once the targets were approached they insisted that they were unable to pay the due amount and would be unable to for the foreseeable future. After further consultation the client requested that a secondary stage of the investigation be begun with background checks and surveillance to discover the truth about the targets. Operatives soon discovered that the individuals had also lied about their assets and ability to pay required the sum to the client.

After we presented the client with the necessary photographic and video evidence to support his claim against the targets in question he was able to take legal action against the family and receive the complete sum of payment owed to him allowing him to return to business as usual.
